About

I am purpose-driven, passionate, empathetic, generous, conscientious, and honest. I choose to be happy, kind, optimistic, and curious. As an experienced educator, I thrive on making a difference. I have had many responsibilities: consultant, change management strategist, leadership development professional, collaborator, executive coach, experience leader, project manager, culture shaper, speaker, educator, trainer, and program designer–the common theme has been inspiring discovery, curiosity, and courage to help people unleash their potential and find meaning and purpose in what they do.  As a compassion-minded change agent, I enjoy working to impact organizations to be and do better!

I have a Masters of Science in Organization Development & Strategic Human Resources (MSOD) from Johns Hopkins University. I am a certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach and Project Management Professional. I have been trained and certified in numerous tools and assessments, most recently in EQi/EQi360. Having travelled and lived across the U.S. and Europe, I enjoy learning about people, their cultures and history.
